The Wave Transformer

Silence at the Complex output: Change the Complex Source switch to “On”, increase the Transform knob, and/or adjust the attenuverter to ensure that the Pulse Width CV is producing audible results.

Silence at the Rectangle output: Adjust the Pulse Width knob towards noon, and/or adjust the attenuverter to ensure that the Pulse Width CV is producing audible results.

Silence at the Sub Square output: Change the position of the Sub Octave switch to either “-1” or “-2”.

Glitches in Sub Octave tracking: Change the Sub Source switch to “Internal” unless you are using an external source (even if you are patching one of The Wave Transformer’s outputs back into the insert). Switch to “External” source when tracking external sources, and note that the wave shape, level and pitch of the external signal will impact how well it can track.

Sync inputs not tracking: Sync inputs tend to work best with pulse waves. The behavior of the inputs differ based upon the polarity of the signal that they are tracking. Try adjusting the Tune knob to find the best frequency for tracking your source.
